The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with an oven, hob, sink, refrigerator and sink. There are also 2 bathrooms, both of which are modern and clean and include a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the greatest advantages of this property is its location: nestled among a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, there is plenty to see and do in your immediate area. All the necessities are available within walking distance, with a large supermarket just 2 blocks away.
