Our story begins in 2014, when Leo privately buys his first property in Turin, taking advantage of savings and a bank loan. The plan was simple: create an income that not only covered the mortgage payment but also generated profits to reinvest. Over the years he has met Davide through a student association of the Polytechnic. Thanks to their engineering and analytical approach they create a company and begin investing in the Turin market and here we are!
