All rooms are for single use, non-smoking, young professionals with EU work permit. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen and a small kitchen to use privately. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment.
