This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Nice studio with an area of 35m2, consists of a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area and a bathroom. Ideal for one person or couples and is fully equipped and ready to move into. The studio is located on a mezzanine. The house is on a quiet street, with an excellent location, very central, next to the station Paral-lel Metro, allowing easy access to different parts of the city and to public transport, restaurants and shops. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
