The room has a good window facing the garden. It is in the basement of the house and you would use the kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room on the first floor of the house, sharing with 3 other students. We have a cat in the house, on second floor. The house is a family house in a quiet residency area, however in the Center, just 15 min. walk to the University of Iceland, to the State Library, the Art Museums and to all public transport. There are two families living on the second / third floors. We are strict on house rules, no smoking and no parties and all quiet after 11 Pm....
