The room is in an apartment where there are other 2 rooms for rent. So there could be 2-3 persons sharing the apartment, which is bright and spacial. The room has a window, a bed (2m x 80cm), a small table, chair and a small wardrobe. There are 4 shared spaces in the apartment; a small dining room, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. We emphasise that our guests keep the apartment fresh, clean and nice and that all personal belongings are kept inside the private rooms as much as possible. We are a family house and the house is quiet after 10:30 pm. No smoking and no partying. This is in Reykjavík Center, 15 min. walk to the Iceland University, the State Library, Art Museums and to the local swimming pool, - 5 min walk to the nearest food stores, coffee bars, restaurants and an easy access to public transport....
