Very nice furnished room, with bed (sheets including) and chair. A nice bathroom that will be shared with the other tenant, (owners have their own bathroom toilet and kitchen). The kitchen upstairs has all the utilities you need, like plates and cutlery. If there is something you think is needed you can discuss this with the owners. If the owners think it is necessary they will purchase it, if not you can do it yourself if you want to. The shared spaces will be cleaned once or twice a week by the owners, but everybody should clean up after themselves, do their own dishes and keep the place decent. If you see that something is (almost) broken tell it to the owners, they will fix it. The owners are Hellen and Fons, they will live on the ground floor and in (hidden)ment. The only thing you share with them is the entrance and maybe the toilet on the first floor( if the bathroom is occupied). Important for them is that everybody takes into account that they are living together with people, that means that you will hear people now and then, which is normal. Please don’t complain if the owners have some company over, they won’t either. Registration is possible for the time you will stay there. Deposit is one month depending on the duration of stay...
