Advantages: -5 (real) minutes cycling to Avans. -if you are going to study at Breda University, then check which building it's going to be -50metres away from parks (check the map) -The supermarket is 800m away (map uploaded) -silence is a huge advantage! -backyard with the closed parking for your bike -- do not forget about the weather in the Netherlands (dry bike=dry ass) Disadvantages : - the closest supermarket might be expensive in comparison with others.
