As my current tenant is moving out due to her new job location.I am looking for a new tenant to take over her large 16 m2 room from June 1st or you can rent from 2nd July. The apartment is located in Vigerslevvej Valby area, with good access to all basic necessities and public transport. The rent is 5,500 DKK per month, including water, heating, and internet. In addition, there is a deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent. Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartment. The surrounding area mainly consists of families, couples, and students. I am renting out a room with access to a large kitchen, bathroom, and facilities such as a washing machine in the apartment. A little about me:I am in my 30s and work full-time as a salesperson while also studying to become a driving instructor. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, skateboarding and going out with friends. I am rarely home due to work, studies, and exam preparation, but I do enjoy cooking in the evenings or relaxing at home from time to time.
