This modern and tastefully decorated apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, close to various top attractions such as Eixample. Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living room featuring a large sofa and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, to help you prepare delicious meals. A washer and ironing equipment are available to cater to your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms. One has a comfortable queen bed and another has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
