The property includes 2 shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a practical and functional living environment. Located in the vibrant Saldanha area, the neighborhood is known for its central location and excellent accessibility. Within walking distance, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping centers, and a wide range of services. The area is very well served by public transport, including metro and bus lines, making it easy to get around the city. It is also close to several universities and educational institutions, such as Instituto Superior Técnico, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and Universidade de Lisboa, making it an excellent option for students and young professionals looking for a convenient and lively place to live. The rent includes 20€ for the monthly house expenses (water, electricity and natural gas - internet is fully included). There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month.
