Due to the central location, parks, museums, galleries, sights, restaurants, bars, clubs, and cultural venues are all easily accessible on foot. A tram stop served by three lines is located directly outside the building. The residence also includes common rooms, a laundry room with washers and dryers, and an inner courtyard with seating.
