The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine and has a closed-out balcony. The building also has 2 lifts for easy access. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window facing the back side of the building which makes it by being less noisy in general. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
