Not for tourism, holidays or leisure, and not as a permanent home. Two things have to be true for you, and documented: ▸ your stay here is TEMPORARY, with a work or study reason, and ▸ your MAIN HOME STAYS OUTSIDE SPAIN for the duration. Within 7 days of reserving we sign the seasonsal dwelling lease agreement, and you send whichever evidence fits your situation: ▸ EMPLOYED: employer letter, remote-assignment confirmation, project dates, or internal correspondence showing your job is based abroad. ▸ SELF-EMPLOYED: business registration, invoices (sensitive details redacted), professional profile or portfolio showing your main activity is abroad. ▸ STUDYING OR RESEARCHING: enrolment confirmation, course registration, academic calendar, or a supervisor's letter confirming the temporary nature of your stay. ▸ PLUS, IN EVERY CASE something showing your permanent address abroad: tenancy agreement, utility bill, registration certificate or similar.
