The space Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 55 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this active city. It is located on the 1st floor via a lift. It has open-concept living and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a cosy seating area, perfect for unwinding and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen offers a great space for prep and enjoying meals together. It includes all the necessary cookware and utensils There are two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and ample storage space for a relaxed stay. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and the fresh air. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Currently, the lobby of the building where the apartment is located is undergoing renovation, but this does not affect your stay inside the apartment. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. - Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. - Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). - Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. - Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
