It's worth noting that the studio is for one person. It's located in a ground-floor apartment with four other independent studios. The single studio measures approximately 15 m2, including the bathroom. Apart from that, there is an interior terrace shared with other two tenants. The bathroom has a shower with a screen, a toilet, and a sink. The studio features a 105x200 cm single bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a desk with a chair, and a flexible reading light, as well as a large wardrobe and a storage rack. Additionally, there is a kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator (no freezer), pantry cabinets, a two-burner ceramic hob with an extractor hood, kitchenware, and utensils. Bed linen is included. The only shared common areas here are: the hall, laundry room, and interior terrace. Supplies are included up to 50€/month (water and light, gas is not necessary). There is an air conditioner (hot & cold). Wifi for free ;) Close to the accommodation, there is the Aragón metro stop, Jardines del Turia, and La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, coffee shops, a pharmacy, and a market.
