The room is furnished with a one-and-a-half size bed, bedside table, full-height two-door wardrobe, shoe rack, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelf, lamps, and a floor lamp. OUR CONDITIONS: 1. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. There is a one-off fee of 450€ including: registration of the contract, cleaning of the room when you leave and basic maintnance during your stay. 2.
