Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your beautiful 30 sqm room is part of a 90 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, living-dining room and a hallway. The room has three large windows with windowsill, and parquet flooring. The large windows make the room very bright. The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a cooler, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be used. Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a closet, a desk with a swivel chair and a table lamp. We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. Shared flat life: Your roommates would be: David (25) - works as an IT specialist. Silvia (27) - works as a product manager We imagine life in a shared flat to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.
