During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Final Cleaning Service You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
