The double studio has a little kitchen with a cooker, a private bathroom, (hidden) wardrobes, 2 desks, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the cooker or the microwave (you can also cook in the oven in the common area’s kitchen). The price includes furniture and household appliances, bed linens and towels, utensils and kitchenware, free Wi-Fi, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light). The common areas are the hall, the dining room with another super-equipped kitchen, sofa, and TV; the laundry room (a free service with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a little terrace at the bottom of the Coliving. There will be 6 single studios in the terrace space; however, this studio is located on the ground floor together with another 3 studios. In this coliving, you will live with people who are studying at the University. The ages range from 20 to 28 years, and it's a good option for booking alone or with a friend/partner. It's the same price if you book alone or together with somebody. You can get empadronamiento, but we charge you a tax of 40€ (authorization). The location is close to relevant universities, and cultural and historical spots like Cauce del Rio Turia, Viveros Gardens, and the Museum of Fine Arts....
