If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus/metro it takes around 15 minutes. Helsinki is only ~30 minutes away either by bike or by bus/metro. Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS ❗Note! The rent depends on the rental period (when and for how long) and on how many persons are moving in. For example: 🔸995 e/month for ≥ six months 🔸1095 e/month for the summer (June + July + August) 🔸1195 for the autumn term of Aalto University (August - December) Kindly ask for the rent for some other period and/or for two persons before making a booking request, thank you. Water + electricity + Wi-Fi are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee is 150 e/month and it is paid monthly on top of the rent. Tenant(s) must purchase a home insurance in Finland for the whole renting period. I will help you with the insurance procedure so don't worry about it. The insurance costs are ~11 e/month. Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1500 euros (six months or less) OR 2 x the monthly costs (longer than six months). Security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in day.
