Wi-Fi Internet (Vodafone Fiber), as indicated in the apartment description, and utilities (electricity and gas), based on actual consumption as detailed in the cost estimate provided in the listing, are not included in the rent and must be paid separately each month. 🚫 HOUSE RULES 🚫 - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, even with the windows open (smoking is only allowed on the private terrace). - Overnight stays by persons not listed in the reservation are prohibited. - Hosting parties that disturb the peace at night is prohibited. - Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner. You may have to pay a fine starting from €50 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly. 📜 CONTRACT and SECURITY DEPOSIT 💰 At check-in, a standard rental contract will be signed, which will be sent to you prior to check-in for review. It is a standard rental contract in Italian, so it will be your responsibility, if you wish, to translate it. At check-in, the contract and apartment handover report will be signed, and the security deposit will be requested. The deposit can be paid through HousingAnywhere, by credit card (Stripe) or via bank transfer (10 days before check-in).
