About the house: This house, a charming one bedroom apartment, is located at ground floor. It has a large bedroom (double bed) with an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower. In the bedroom there are two big wardrobes and large windows to get the most of the beautiful Lisbon light. The kitchen is fully eqquiped and the living room has a dining area and a living area as well as a small WC. The house as AC in the bedroom and in the livingroom - it works for heathing and cooling the apartment, as needed. There is fast and reliable Wi-Fi in all the house and courtyard, so anyone can work seamlessly anywhere in the property. Other things to note: * Stay value is for 1 or 2 guests; * Visitors are possible: 1 or 2 extra guests, using the sofa-bed (extra fee per night per guest + Tourist Tax); * Weekly cleaning available upon request (extra fee); * Bed linen & towels included (provided clean on a weekly basis).
