Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city and has an exceptional location just a 15 min walk from the City of Arts and Sciences. It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 7, 13, and has a streetcar stop nearby.... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: DOUB bed, bed linen, towels, closets for your belongings, study/work area, view of the inner courtyard and private bathroom with shower. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is 24$ per week for 2 hours. In our company, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer fast and efficient service through our professional team.
