The WG places a strong emphasis on hygiene, which is reflected in the house rules to ensure everyone feels comfortable. The minimum rental period is 3 months, with a security deposit of three months' rent. This deposit serves as a safeguard against unpaid rent or damages beyond normal wear and tear. A payslip for the last three months and a valid employment contract are required as part of the rental conditions. The rooms are available in three sizes. This one is the Medium Room. It also has an electric height-adjustable desk (1.60 m wide), an ergonomic office chair, and a pull-out sofa bed. The 90x200 cm bed provides additional storage with its drawers, while a mirrored wardrobe with shelving offers plenty of space. The room is also equipped with LED lighting, double blinds, a rug, a trash can, and an artificial plant.
