Rental conditions: one month deposit + current month’s rent + one month subscription/management fee, which allows you to move freely to any of our 300 rooms in Madrid, Málaga, or Toledo. The rent includes electricity, water, gas, free high-speed WiFi, and cleaning of common areas. Optional services such as private room cleaning and personalized laundry are available for an additional monthly fee.
