The Market apartments are in a building in the Sant Antoni area (Eixample) and are available for monthly rentals. They have been renovated to provide a comfortable stay, and their location is very comfortable and convenient in a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent transport connections, near the typical Sant Antoni Market, with shops and restaurants around it. Market 52 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a complete ensuite bathroom, in addition to an extra shared bathroom. Featuring also a cozy living room creating a pleasant space, and a fully equipped kitchen, with the appliances and utensils you'll need. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Final cleaning fee: 100€. Weekly cleaning is included and should be arranged in advance. The charges (water, electricity, internet...) are included in the rental price of up to 200€ per month. Excess consumption must be covered by the tenant.
