The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the living room featuring an L-shaped sofa and a TV, which boasts access to the terrace with table and chairs overlooking the internal garden. From here, guests can also access the independent kitchen with a dining table, equipped with many cooking tools, including an oven. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which comes with a queen-size bed and large closet, the other one with a single bed, a closet and a desk. All rooms have access to a balcony, some overlooking the garden, others overlooking Corso Ottone Rosai. The layout is completed by a storage room and a bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower. Amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating are available in the apartment. *Please note that the price displayed is meant for up to 2 people.
