Several public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a large kitchen with fridge, kitchen ustensils, pans, crockery, microwave, toaster, kettle... The flat also has an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, water, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, housing insurance, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Cordeliers district is one of the most central places to live in Lyon. This neighbourhood is ideally located between the “Place des Terreaux” and “Place Bellecour”, and between the Saône and Rhône rivers. This area gets its name from the Cordeliers priesthood, at the time you could recognise the priests thanks to the cords worn around their waists. Cordeliers is surrounded by many of Lyons emblematic buildings, most notably the Palais de la Bourse which is now known as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, you will also notice the Saint Nizier church, a wonderful construction typical of gothic architecture. The “Presqu’île” district is the most sought after areas to live in Lyon, and is easily the liveliest neighbourhoods: here you can shop, dine to your heart's content! Here you will also be able to pass through the Presqu’île thanks to Rue de la République, one of the vibrant streets in town.
