It features 2.5 WCs (one without a shower), with two rooms offering private bathrooms. The flat includes a windowless living room with a TV, a small dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a workspace equipped with a desk, chair, lamp. This room also offers an extra shelving unit and a TV. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room features a window that ensures plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
