The place is located in the most central area of Kraków, very close to the old town (few seconds walk) and the famous shopping mall Galeria Krakowska. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. This is a 2 floors studio (ground floor + basement floor) of around 33 square meters. Ideally the place is perfect for 2 people, however, it's ok also for 3 people. Upper level: room with a mezzanine loft, bathroom with a small bathtub, wardrobe, hallway. Lower level - a bright basement, where there is a kitchen with a dining area and another bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a cool additional entrance. There is a heating with a two-function oven in gas, hot water from an electric boiler (upper bathroom) or a gas boiler (lower bathroom and kitchen), washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle. The current interior design and furnishings of the apartment do not exactly match the photos cause the place is much better live. The photos of the lower bathroom are missing, only the washbasin is visible. The photos (also due to the size of the rooms) do not reflect the charm and originality of this cozy and beautiful apartment. Last renovation of the apartment was in February 2024. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The room upstairs (ground floor) is fully furnished. NEIGHBORHHOD: The Old Town is only few seconds walk. The shopping mall Galeria Krakowska is around 2 minutes walk. The m(hidden)us/train station is just around 3 minutes walk...
