sorry for the somewhat miserable resonse rate, it mostly happened during the last time renting out when I was already abroad. Please be assured that I am reading your messages as soon as possible! The apartment is in a great location in the 18th district, right around the corner from Kutschkermarkt. It's especially ideal for students since the university isn't far away. It takes just about 10 minutes by bike and the tram around the corner takes you directly to the main uni in the same amount of time. You could even walk to the university if you felt like it; would take roughly 25 minutes. The apartment is renovated and on the 2nd floor of an old building with nearly 3-meter-high ceilings. No worries about parking your bike. The kitchen window looks out onto a green courtyard and faces east, so lots of morning sun. The bedroom window faces the quiet Theresiengasse and is west-facing, meaning tons of sunshine from noon till evening. The U6 station Währinger Straße/Volksoper is also close by. Shops and green spaces are right around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished and I've even given it a big clean :) I've also got some plants in the apartment, all succulents or indoor palms. They don't need much water and create, in my opinion, a nice vibe. Lots of cool features you can use, including a bathroom scale, 47-inch LED TV, whiteboard, a huge daylight lamp, ste(hidden)ystem, two large computer monitors with keyboard and mouse, paper shredder, printer, vacuum cleaner + an extra cordless handheld vacuum, huge desk with a lamp, and lots of office supplies, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave with grill function, toaster, egg cooker, rice cooker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a huge fridge with freezer, an extra freezer, sandwich maker, and a dishwasher! It's the first time I'm renting it out... and that's fine by me. My main goal is to find someone I'm happy to entrust the place to for a few months so it's not just sitting empty and useless. For that reason, I'd encourage anyone who reaches out to introduce themselves thoroughly so I can get a decent idea of who you are. IN GERMAN: Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage im 18. Bezirk direkt ums Eck des Kutschkermarktes. Besonders für StudentInnen ideal da es bis zur Uni nicht weit ist. Mit dem Fahrrad knapp 10 Minuten und auch die Straßenbahn ums Eck fährt direkt bis zur Hauptuni, in ebenfalls knapp 10 Minuten. Man könnte sogar zu Fuß zur Uni gehen wenn man denn wollte, würde knapp 25 Minuten dauern Die Wohnung ist saniert und befindet sich im 2. Stock eine Altbaus mit knapp 3 Meter Deckenhöhe. Fahrräder können problemlos abgestellt werden. Fenster in der Küche mit Blick in den begrünten Innenhof, Ostausrichtung, viel Sonne in der Früh, Fenster im Schlafzimmer in die wenig befahrene Theresiengasse mit Westausrichtung, d.h. sehr viel Sonneschein von Mittags bis Abends. Ebenfalls nicht weit ist die U6 Station Währinger Straße/Volksoper. Geschäfte und Grünflächen sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und extra von mir im großen Stil noch einmal geputzt worden :) Ebenso hab ich einige Pflanzen in der Wohnung die allesamt Sukkulenten oder Zimmerpalmen sind, sie brauchen wenig Wasser und schaffen ein wie ich finde angenehmes Ambiente. Es gibt viele Gimmicks die du natürlich benutzen kannst, unter anderem: Personenwaage, 47 Zoll LED-Fernseher, Whiteboard, eine riesige Tageslichtlampe, Stereoanlage, zwei große Computermonitore samt Tastatur Maus etc., Dokumentenschredder, Drucker, Staubsauger + extra kabelloser Handstaubsauger, riesiger Schreibtisch mit Lampe, jede Menge Büroutensilien usw. Die Küche hat neben einem Herd natürlich eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Toaster, Eierkocher, Reiskocher, Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, riesiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, extra Gefrierschrank, Sandwichmaker und einen Geschirrspüler! Highspeed WLAN ist ebenso dabei wie ein Fernsehanschluss mit über 50 Kanälen. Bei Fragen bitte gerne anschreiben. LG UPDATE: Falls eine Waschmaschine unbedingt gewünscht sein sollte, können wir wohl diesbezüglich auch noch eine Lösung finden. Beim Vergleich mit ähnlichen Wohnung fällt mir auf, dass meine Wohnung anscheinend ein ziemliches Schnäppchen ist, das ist das erste mal, dass ich meine Wohnung vermiete... soll so sein, es geht mir im Grunde darum jemanden zu finden dem ich die Wohnung gerne für einige Monate anvertraue damit sie nicht komplett unnütz ist und leer steht. Dafür würde ich jeden der sich bei mir meldet, gern dazu ermutigen sich umfassend vorzustellen damit ich mir halbwegs ein Bild von der Person machen kann....
