Hello, I am renting my apartment. It's suitable for 5-6 people ( the 6 adding another matress). Located in sunny Estoril in Lisbon, very close to the bus stop and 20 min walking to the train station which will lead to main Lisbon area. The beach is only at 5 min drive or 20 min walking distance, parking is free on the street and it has supermarkets at walking distance. Apartment is composed by three bedrooms (1 Double bed // 1 single bed // 2 single beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a balcony. Fully decorated, furnished and equipped, with kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, small oven, washing machine, TV, electrical kettle and Wi-Fi available. Please note the price is adjusted according to your staying period. Prices are as follows: - 95€ per night until 8 nights = 760€ - 900€ - 2 weeks - 1100 - 3 weeks - 1350€ - 1 month This means that if you stay for a few days the price will be 95€ per night and an adjustment will have to be performed in the offer! Longer staying periods will require a monthly check up on the apartment to verify the current conditions of the same. Security deposit staying period less than 2 weeks: 500€ Security deposit staying period more than 2 weeks: 1000€ Security deposit is fully returned if apartment doesn't present damages.
