Bright and cozy rooms for rent in a fantastic location in Ljubljana Our (among Erasmus students) already famous Tesla house, this year even better and more cozy than ever! Tesla house is located in a green, peaceful neighbourhood while still being only a walking distance from the city center and quite a few universities. Everything you need is just a short walk away and for destinations a bit further, there is an option of renting a Tesla house bike or just hopping on a bus just two blocks from the house. Tesla house is exclusively tending to Erasmus students and there are three floors with seventeen rooms of which ten rooms have a king size bed (160x200) and seven rooms have a single bed (90x200). On the ground floor there are rooms 1 (single bed), room 2 (king size bed), room 3 (single bed), room 4 (king size bed) and room 5 (king size bed). There is also a kitchen with an exit to the terrace and the garden, toilet and bathroom with bath tub, separate shower and a toilet. On the 1st floor there is a separate bathroom, toilet and the room 6 (single bed), and the rooms 7,8,9,10 and 11 of which all have a king size beds. On the lower floor, which has it’s own entrance from the back garden, there is room 12 (with it’s own bathroom and a toilet and a king size bed), rooms 13, 14, 15 and 16 all have single beds and room 17 with king size bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and 2 showers (one with a toilet) and one separate toilet. All rooms are fully furnished with everything you will need during your stay and all of them have plenty of natural light for your well being. Our premium room (12) even has it’s own, private bathroom, toilet and a king size bed. There is a spacious common room for socialising or group studies, there are two fully equipped kitchens (oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher...), each floor has it’s own bathroom and a toilet and there is a washing machine on every floor. Of course there is a reliable wi-fi all over the house and we also offer parking spaces if you come with your car. We offer cleaning service and our maintenance/repair crew is always on stand-by for any and all misfortunes. Tesla house is also one of a kind as it has it’s own recently renovated terrace for early breakfast or coffee in the morning sun and in the back of the house there is a big, private garden suitable for all kinds of outdoor activities (ball games, yoga, sunbathing, barbecuing...). You even have the option to plant your own veggies or herbs.
