Beautiful room in the center of Prague! 🔑 Main features: This spacious room with a double bed is located in a fully renovated shared apartment (5+1 layout) in the highly desirable area of Prague 2 – Nové Město. The apartment is within walking distance of I.P. Pavlova (metro line C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru, and Karlovo náměstí. It is situated on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. The room offers approximately 19 m2 of space and comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed (140 × 200 cm), bed linen, desk with chair and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and tasteful decorations. 🏡 Common areas & equipment: The apartment features a modern shared kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, including a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils. A washing machine with dryer is also available. There is also a shared shower room with a sink and toilet. 💰 Rental conditions: All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are direct owners, no commission fees apply. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays shorter than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
