This room is part of a three bedroom apartment with a spacious living/dining room, 2 baths, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a very nice patio/garden with trees and flowers. The patio is available to the tenants. The room I am renting is small 3m x 2,40m, and has a twin size bed with three large drawers at the bottom. The room at the moment has no closet but it will be provided with a closet and a small desk soon. Central heat is on from 2P.M till 10 P.M. from November 25 till March 15 (the dates might change due to the weather, but that depends on the administration of the building). I write that the toilet is private but be aware that I have another larger room listed and if this room is rented then the bathroom will be shared. The room has no air conditioning but it stays very cool in the Summer, for the direct sun comes in the middle of the afternoon. There is air conditioning in the living room...
