The recurring colour red gives charachter to the furniture and decorations. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, electric stove, all needed cooking and eating utensils as well as several useful appliances like kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Good-quality washing machine and dishwasher are also available. The internet connection is fast, reliable and flatrate. A cellar unit is currently not available. Location The neighbourhood is quiet and respectful, with many green areas. Just around the corner you can find cafés, local shops and restaurants, such as the cheerful "Zur Haxe" with appreciated typical german kitchen and regular customers from all Berlin. Supermarkets like ALDI and EDEKA are at walking distance, as well as useful large stores like MEDIA MARKT and OBI. There are many free parking spaces just in front of the address and there is no need of a residents' permit. The address Naugarderstr.39 is well-served by public transportation. Really close to the address is the bus-stop "Rietzestr." of the line 156. The nearby station "S Greifswalder Straße" is connected with all Berlin via the Ringbahn (Circe line) but also directly with the centre via the tram lines M1 and M4, leading directly to Alexander Platz and Hackescher Markt. Miscellaneous The registration to the authorities is possible (Anmeldung). If this will be requested, you will be asked by the authorities to pay a residential tax called GEZ for the apartment (issued with a personal specific number valid in all apartments in Germany where you will live; it is not anymore a tax related to television and radio)....
