Hej, I'm Flo (24) and going for an exchange semester next fall :). Hence my room will be available for rent until I come back next spring semester. Thus, the minimum rental period is 6 months until February but very likely available 2 months longer (April) as I plan to extend my stay that time. The security deposit is one month of rent that is refunded after the rental period. The Apartment The apartment is on the top 8th floor, with elevator. There are 4 individual rooms on 2 connected floors. Yours will be on the upper floor. The room is furnished with a 120cm bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, side board, drawer and mirror. There are two bathrooms, a balcony, a dinner table and a couch area. Additionally, there is one separated part which is the landlady's property where she lives when visiting from time to time. There is a bike cellar and laundry rooms (free) at the bottom floor. Flatmates Currently 3 of us study and 1 is working, one girl coming from the Netherlands, 2 guys from Germany (incl. me) and 1 from India. The landlady is Swedish. Flat life is relaxed and calm, but there are basic rules regarding the cleaning of shared areas (bathroom and kitchen) so everything stays orderly. Distances Good bus connection to the city (Bus 60) is just downstairs, Bus 62 (less frequent) in the other direction. Otherwise, tram (Nr. 5) towards Korsvägen is in 10 mins walking distance. Surroundings & Groceries The Örgryte neighbourhood is very nice and calm with many family houses and gardens. A big ICA Kvantum (& Systemet) at Liseberg in 15 mins walking distance, small ICA Nära 10 mins walking, LIDL at Redbergsplatsen is a 15 mins walk away. By Bike, Delsjönbadet is about 15 mins away...
