It is a two-room apartment with a single bed and has a bathroom, a small dining area and a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishes and a washing machine. All of them have closets, study tables with lamp, set of sheets and towels so you can enjoy your stay from the first moment of your arrival. Located in the neighborhood of El Viso, surrounded by study centers such as EAE, IE or Schiller, this apartment is perfect, it is just a few minutes walk away. A few steps away you will find a Carrefour 24 hours supermarket, stores, restaurants, pharmacies and a lot of commerce of all kinds where you can cover any kind of need. Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to the tenants to ask for their passports and letters of acceptance to the university. Once we receive these documents, we will send you the contract for you to review and sign. 2) Payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about registering these services. 4) Our services include biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) The check in hours are the day of the beginning of the contract from 15h to 18h. In case of not wanting/being unable to check in on that day, Housinganywhere must be notified, with a minimum of 15 days, the desired date for the check in, which must be within Housinganywhere's business hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm). In the event that special assistance is required for check in (even if it is on the contract start date, but outside business hours or weekends/holidays), a fee of 30€ will be charged and will be subject to Housinganywhere's approval. 6) The supply provision will be paid every month together with the rent.
