Our 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, in the heart of Ruzafa (a trendy and always active neighborhood), very well connected by metro and bus to the rest of the city, and direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia less than 5 minutes walking distance. It is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: double bed, bed linen, towels, spacious closets for your belongings and study/work area. Terms of rental: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). For us, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer a fast and efficient service through our professional team. If something needs to be fixed, it will be fixed in the blink of an eye. Don't wait any longer and get in touch with us: we are your home away from home! Please note: The rental price includes utilities up to 50€ monthly. If the overall expenditure exceeds said 60€/month, the cost difference will be split among the tenants of the apartment. Just to clarify our cleaning fees so everything is transparent! The fee you see listed as "Other" is for the regular cleaning of the common areas, a cost we share to keep the apartment nice and tidy for everyone. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in.
