SHORT TERM - VACANCY The space The rooms are located in the centre of Rome, a short walking distance from Termini train station. Some of the main sites such as The Coliseum, The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and San Giovanni in Laterano to name a few are very easily reached on foot from the rooms. Our elegantly furnished rooms are comfortable and relaxing. All are individually styled, they are spacious, and are well maintained. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. With the central Termini railway station within short walking distance and access to Rome’s metro system and all buses, getting around could not be simpler. The entrance to the underground (Vittorio Emanuele – 1 stop away from Termini Station) is very close to the rooms. The apartment is set on the first floor of a building on Via Conte Verde. The upper floor is accessible by elevator for those with heavy luggage. Breakfast NOT available Cleaning and change of bed and bathroom linen every 3 days Please when you reserve specify the time of your arrival or do it afterward by e-mail. This is necessary to be welcomed without hitches, as there is not a concierge night and day. Guests may be greeted by a member of my staff instead of me upon check-in. In case of long stays (28 days or more), in the discounted long stay rate the room will be cleaned, and bed and bathroom linen changed, once a week.
