ABOUT THE RESIDENCE Porto, is one of the preferred university cities by students for its cultural and international variety. A perfect combination of sun, sea and mountain with a vast gastronomic richness. Our residence is located on the university campus of Asprela, close to the metro station ̈Polo Universitário ̈, with direct connection to the historic city center and with the beach 15 minutes by car. It has around 450 rooms with a bathroom included, with a kitchen option and all expenses (water, electricity, high speed WIFI for 5 devices and monthly cleaning). Please Note: Linen & Kitchen Utensils are not included. Everything is designed and thought for you! Our aim is to create a suitable space and community for you to make the most of your university experience. Here you will not only feel at home, you will also have everything you need for your study and fun times.
