Late arrivals between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM will incur a €30 cash surcharge, and arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight will incur a €60 cash surcharge. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Electricity, water and internet are included up to a maximum of €150/month. Final cleaning costs €175(these prices may be adjusted depending on the size of the apartment),, and maintenance cleanings are mandatory for long stays.
