UNIVERSITY APARTMENT Modern apartment near the City of Studies. Perfect for students. Accommodates up to 4 people: 2 people for each bedroom in 4 single beds. The apartment is on the ground floor with separate entrance and is very quiet and bright. Consisting of: - 2 bedrooms with spacious closets - 1 bathroom with shower - Living room with TV - Well-equipped kitchenette - Laundry room - The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven and dishes. - All rooms have windows. - Free Wi-Fi. - Sheets and towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. Check-in is available at all hours, but an extra charge may be required depending on the time of arrival. A payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time. IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the city tax required by the Municipality of Milan (children/youth under 18 years old are exempt); the cost is 2 Euro per person per day which must be paid in cash at check-in. Electricity costs are no longer covered with the rental price from 01.03.2020. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. Il check-in sono disponibili in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora .
