Two bedroom apartment with amazing views and very bright. It is very quiet because the apartment has new triple! windows which block out the outside noise and keep the warmth in. There are big windows on both sides of the entire flat so the whole flat is VERY illuminated and bright. The view of one side of the apartment give to the majestic Engelbecken pond, where you find swans and turtles swimming around. The view of the other side of the apartment gives to the garden. One of the best things about the flat is the amazing location! Right in the middle heart of Kreuzberg, it is surrounded by many bars, restaurants and busy nightlife. It is very well communicated, within walking distance you reach three different U-Bahn Stations (Kottbusser Tor, Moritzplatz and Heinrich Heine) and the big train station Ostbahnhof is also very close. The bus 147 stops right infont of the house. There are 3 supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka and Bio Markt) that are not even 2 minutes walking distance. Lidl is at approx 5 minutes walking away. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished and include microwave and oven, dishwasher and a big table with 4 chairs and since the space is quite big there is also a couch and the space is used as a common living room as well. Bedroom nr 1 has a two meter long wardrobe and a 160cm wide bed and a desk. Bedroom nr 2 has a 140x200cm large bed , a big desk with office chair, cabinet, clothes hanger and from this room you can reach the balcony and catch some fresh air and enjoy the view to the beautiful pond. This bedroom can be easily converted into an office room by removing the bed (upon request) and putting the sofa into this room (great for couples or single person!).
