This functional and spacious 85 sqm apartment, which takes up the composition of the typical houses of Bologna, has been renovated in order to improve the habitability and use of space. The result of which is a fascinating synthesis of history and functionality, it is ideal for those who want to experience the city center in a refined and modern environment, and at the same time enjoy silence and privacy. The entrance door, equipped with a wrought iron gate, allows access to a corridor that leads to the bright living room that develops in length, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a pouf (convertible into a single bed). The large dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The living room communicates directly with the spacious, separate and custom-made kitchen, equipped with all comforts, including microwave and dishwasher. An ideal space for those who love to cook. The sleeping area offers a large double bedroom, equipped with a large walk-in closet, which allows you to keep everything in order and use the space optimally. Guests have access to a second bedroom equipped with a single bed and a second pull-out bed, which can possibly be joined to form a double bed. The furnishings of the second bedroom include a comfortable desk with 2 seats and a large wardrobe. Finally, the apartment has a bathroom with shower cabin made of masonry and glass, and a practical storage room used as a laundry room, in such a way as to keep the spaces dedicated to household chores separate from those reserved for conviviality and hospitality. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 110 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: The apartment is located in the refined Via D'Azeglio, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and immersed in the quiet and elegance of one of the most exclusive areas of Bologna. In fact, nearby there are churches and monuments of great artistic and historical interest, such as the famous Collegio di Spagna dating back to 1300, and the historic district of Porta Saragozza, with its characteristic restaurants and bars. Less than 100 meters away is the famous Via Farini, the most exclusive shopping street in Bologna, full of boutiques and shops. Despite being in the center, the apartment is close to a small supermarket, a nice grocery store and other useful shops (a pharmacy, a newspaper kiosk and much more). Public transportation: Numerous buses stop in Via Farini and connect the center with other areas of Bologna. Parking: The apartment is within the limited traffic area (ZTL). Very close there is a private garage. Otherwise, it is possible to park just outside the ZTL, in the Ex-Staveco car park (Viale Panzacchi 10), 5 minutes from the property. Important: Guests are required to pay a city tax which is not included in the price. € 4,60 per person, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights.
