SITUATION With the bus you are at the Hütteldorf U4 station in just 3 minutes. By foot in 8-10min. You need only around 25min to get to the city center/Karlsplatz. All sorts of shops are to be found on your way to the Ubahn, or in Ober St. Veit (including an adorable little organic store!). The huge plus to the location is it's proximity to green spaces, including the Lainzer Tiergarten, which is a dream for hiking, or just for relaxing and recharging your spirit.
