Our offer includes a brightly colored modern, fully furnished private hotel room of around 25 m2 with a private bathroom, windows offering views of the green area, wifi, flat-screen TV, a coffee/ tea maker an a mini fridge. As a long-stay guest you are free to use all hotel facilities while we clean your room weekly and make your bed! You also receive special discounts in the hotel bar and restaurant. What's the catch then? Well, there are limited laundry or cooking facilities (we have a washing machine and a small food prep area, but no full kitchen)in the hotel at the moment. We do offer meals at a very low price to make sure you eat your veggies.. We are situated a 20 min bike ride to the city centre of Eindhoven, universities and its central train station. The price per month for a 3 month rental period is 950 euros, utilities: gas/water/electricity/ wifi included!
