This apartment is located near tram and bus stop, various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and parks. The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Ground floor. The flat is composed by two double rooms and one single room (so max. 5 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a shared balcony and 2 restructured bathrooms (one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath). RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30.
