L'appartamento è così disposto: al piano superior(hidden) zona notte composta da due camere da letto: una double e una twin, nella camera double è presente un bagno privato, mentre per la camera twin è presente un bagno di servizio al piano; al piano inferiore vi si trova il soggiorno luminosissimo con cucina a vista ben equipaggiata di ogni confort, adiacente alla cucina una piccola stanza adibita a studio con possibilità di posto letto singolo da poltrona, il divano del soggiorno offre un divano singolo all'occorrenza. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata e di pavimento riscaldato, entrambi regolabili in ogni ambiente della casa. Immerso nel verde nel quadrante nord-ovest della capitale a soli 20 min di macchina dall'aeroporto internazionale Leonardo da Vinci, 30 min dalle località sul mare (Fregene, Maccarese, Fiumicino, Ecc.) a soli 20 min di macchina dal Vaticano, l'uscita del GRA più vicina si raggiunge in pochi minuti. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY: -For reservations canceled more than 60 days before check-in, the tenant will receive the full first month's rent in advance. -For reservations canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in, the property receives 50% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant. -For reservations canceled on the same day of the check-in date up to 48 hours after check-in, the property receives 100% of the first month's advance rent from the tenant and any refund of the security deposit will be at the owner's discretion. *Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. If the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent.
